Terms of Service

By engaging Vangard Freight Solutions for logistical coordination, cross-docking, or transit services, you agree to the following operational terms:

1. Payload Accuracy

Clients are strictly responsible for providing accurate dimensions and weight specifications for all heavy machinery and irregular payloads. Vangard Freight Solutions reserves the right to refuse transit or apply surcharge penalties if actual payload metrics exceed stated specifications, which may invalidate state transport permits.

2. Fuel Surcharges

All initial quotes are baseline estimates. Final billing will reflect regional fuel surcharges applicable at the exact time of deployment, calculated based on the Midwest Regional Average.

3. Liability Limitations

While utilizing our Tier-3 Cross-Docking protocol, liability for payload damage shifts according to the specific Incoterms agreed upon in the Master Service Agreement (MSA). Standard liability is capped per industry regulations unless supplemental insurance is procured through our dispatch office.
